1. What is the suggested use of the product? Adults, as a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with a meal.If you are new to taking Ubiquinol, we recommend a “loading dose” – double the recommended dose twice a day morning and afternoon – for the first two to three weeks. 5. Do I need to refrigerate Ubiquinol after opening the jar? No refrigeration is required with Ubiquinol. With an approximate two-year shelf life, our formula should be stored in a cool, dry place.
6. Does Ubiquinol contain or is it manufactured in a facility that processes any type of gluten, soy, dairy, casein, maple or nuts? There is no gluten, soy, dairy, casein, maple or nuts in any of the components of the product. Because they are not present in the components, we don’t test the final product for the presence of any of these items.
