Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made from grandstrandsupplements.com (the “Site”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
General Conditions for Returns
- Authorization Required: If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email our Customer Service Department at david@grandstrandsupplements.com within 30 days of shipment to receive authorization and return instructions. Returns made without authorization may be refused.
- Expectations and Sampling: We cannot accept returns simply because you dislike a flavor, scent, or do not achieve expected results. Please try samples or read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Spoiled or Adverse Reactions: If you believe a product is spoiled or you experience an allergic or adverse reaction, stop using it immediately and do not open additional packages/containers of the product. Contact our Customer Service Department promptly for instructions.
- Limits on Opened Products: We will not accept returns for more than one opened container/package of the same product. Additional opened items will not be accepted.
- Product Usage Limit: Returns will not be accepted if more than 10% of the product is missing or consumed.
Refunds
- Orders in Transit: Refunds will not be issued for orders still in transit, including those delayed by the carrier. Once an order is delivered or determined to be lost, we can proceed with the return or refund process.
Authorized Returns
- Eligible Products: Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Products must be shipped back to us at your expense unless we provide a return label. All returned merchandise should be properly insured by you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Address or Undeliverable: If a package is returned as “Undeliverable” or due to an incorrect shipping address, actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if the shipping method was “Free Shipping.” Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid this.
Restocking Fees
- Bulk Returns: A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns of bulk quantities (4 or more) of certain products. We will advise you if this fee applies before issuing a return authorization.
No Returns on Certain Items
- Select Sale Items: Some sale items, such as short-dated or discontinued products, cannot be returned unless authorized. A 25% restocking fee may apply if authorized.
- Special Order Items: Items marked “Special Order Item” cannot be returned. These are non-stock items ordered specifically for your order.
- Bars: We check expiration dates before shipping bars to ensure freshness. No returns are accepted on bars.
Damaged Products
- Arrives Damaged: If a product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at david@grandstrandsupplements.com for assistance.
Exchanges
- No Exchanges Offered: We do not offer exchanges on returned items. To exchange a product, return it after receiving approval and place a separate order for the desired product.
Promotional Items
- Return Requirement: Promotional items (e.g., free samples, gifts) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
